Clothing Bank Helped 2,744 People Since the Beginning of the Year

Since the beginning of this year, the Clothing Bank has been actively engaged in providing assistance to those in need by distributing crisis packages with clothing. We have distributed nearly 11 tons of clothing, specifically 10,976 kilograms. This number equals 2,744 crisis packages that we have successfully delivered to people in distress.

April Corporate Collections In April, we recorded the largest volume of corporate collections to date, with most of our long-term partners participating. This not only provided a new source of quality clothing for our crisis packages but also strengthened the bonds of solidarity and support among employees of the supporting companies. We thank the following companies for organizing employee clothing drives: PPF, Messer Technogas, Moneta, CBRE, MPSV, MŽP, and the municipality of Drahelčice. Clothing was also donated to us by the public at the bazaars organized by Nová Trojka and the flea market in Kobylisy. The Instagram challenge by MK life significantly increased the volume of packages delivered to us daily by Zásilkovna. We thank everyone who donated their discarded clothing to us.

Volunteer Involvement As every month, in April, volunteers from Amazon came to Troja to help. They assisted with unpacking new t-shirts donated by Amazon and sorting other clothing and preparing it for distribution to those in need. This collaboration is of great benefit to us and significantly helps us achieve our goals more efficiently.
