The month of October kicked off the autumn round of employee clothing drives. It turned out that solidarity and willingness to help are still very strong in our society. Many companies and state institutions joined in to help us collect a vast amount of clothing. Alongside this, we sent out a ton of clothing in the form of crisis packages.

What Happened at Our Place Our place was bustling with activity. Our volunteer teams were sorting, packing, and preparing crisis packages for distribution. These packages are intended for those who have found themselves in difficult life situations and urgently need help. In October, we distributed a total of 1,004 kilograms of aid.

Our Aid Reached Various Directions – The State Integration Program helped distribute packages to individuals trying to reintegrate into society after tough life challenges. – The Rubikon organization assisted with distribution among people seeking a new start after serving their sentences. – The Handicap Center Srdce facilitated help to people with health, especially mental disabilities. – Through People in Need, we reached the regions of Chomutov and Beroun, where there is significant need. – The Children’s Home Pepa Příbram, as well as the organizations (Ne)ohrožené děti and FriendShip Prague, provided packages to children and young people without a support system.

We also did not overlook individual applicants from all over the Czech Republic who reached out to us directly. Each of these stories is important to us, and we strive to provide help quickly.

Thank You for Your Support We thank everyone who contributed, whether through clothing donations or volunteer work. Without your generosity, we would not be able to operate. This month, we received regular material support from companies such as Husky, Potex, Kloktex, Ambiente, Naše Maso, and Pumax. For material collections and clothing donations, we extend our gratitude to ESA Logistics, Zihos, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, EOS KSI, Spokar, the Ministry of the Environment, and TV Prima.

For financial support, we thank JT International, our main long-term partner.
